For Startups as per the new budget no tax on profit for 7 years so no need to follow tax compliance? This statement contradicts with the turnover exceeding 50Crs tax rate will be flat 25%. Can anyone please help
In budget 2017 start up can avail 3 years tax holiday period in the block of initial 7 years. But if their turnover during FY 15- 16 does not exceed 50 crore then tax rate will be 25 % .
