Salary of a Company Secretary will vary from company to company within a range of Rs.25000 to Rs.50000 per month depending upon various factors like volume of works and over-all calibre of the Company Secretary etc.

I Have done my B.E in Electronics & Electricals, after which I did my Masters in Finance. Also had worked for three years in Mumbai into risk management . Currently I have enrolled for the CS course and undergoing training with a practising company secretary in Bangalore.
What are the job prospects for a CS in Bangalore and what is the min starting salary range with this qualification and Experience.

Yes. they do have . actually CS is lagging behind bcz ICSI has not done much for CS students ot profesionals. i hope you are agree with me???

Certainly. With growing stress on Corporate Governance and complexity in Corporate Laws (thanks to growing number of high profile corporate frauds) it is bound to be. Only we need some initiatives from Central Council of ICSI. If it can, hopefully it will overtake CA.
