Apart from Companies Act, 1956 compliances, also check the FDI guidelines/stipulations in line with FEMA 1999.

Partnership is must with indian Company.........% in partnership depands on type of work and as per FDI & FTP rules.........funding under FEMA.......apart form Companies Act and Contract Act........
