Dear Friends I have a friend who is planning to start his own BPO company. I want to know the procedure for the same. On my basic research from internet i got the following details
1. Should incorporate the company
2. Should register with tax authorities.
3. Should obtain OSP license from Department of telecom.
I am little confused about what is Nasscom? Is the registration in it mandatory to set up BPO? Please help
NASCOM is assocition of it companies sir, you need to take membership then only it can svae you when introuble.
