Start up company - compliance

Hi

We have recently incorporated a PVT LTD Company.

We are not really aware of everything that needs to be done to be compliant with ROC and other departments.

1. Is there any help for Companies like us? Like is there any service (for helping us being Compliant) which we can avail by paying for it?

2. And what would be the worst case Consequences of not being compliant with ROC?
