Start practice as a chartered accountant proprietor

Dear Friends,

I have got membership number along with full time Certificate of practice from Icai but not registered any firm.

Now i want to start my own practice as a proprietor without taking approval and registration of firm.So suggest me can i start my practice in my own name as a proprietor or not ?Also can I do the following work or not.

1)Attest of balance sheet 

2) Registration of article under me.

2)what shall be mention in the place of name of firm in proprietor concern
