standard operating procedure for resort

Hi all,

A resort situated at bangalore (6 months) doing business operations with out SOP (standard operating procedure)

Can anyone suggest where can we get those resources to draft SOP. Currently they are totally involved in Cash management instead of digital transaction (NEFT or RTGS, etc..) & Cash embezzlement also happend in last 2 month's.

Kindly anyone help us to come out from deep crisis.
