in itr we claim standard deduction , shall we also liable to claim medical insurance premium u/s. 80d and transport allowance u/s 10

you can claim only Medical insurance premium u/s 80d

yes , u/s. 10 exampted income but if we can claim standard deduction then we r able to get travelling allowance benefit or should we included in total income
