Hi Friends, I intend to start practice soon and want to know the following: 1. Guidelines applicable for making rubber stamps and seal in the name of practicing C.A. 2. Different types of stamps to be made and size of stamps. 3. Size of name board/ office board and guidelines related thereto. 4. Is it permissible to use C.A. logo on name board /office board, letterhead, visiting card or other similar document. |
3) With regard to the size of sign board for his office that a member can put up, it is a matter in which the members should exercise their own discretion and good taste. Use of glow signs or lights on large-sized boards as is used by traders or shop-keepers would not be proper. A member can have a name board at the place of his residence with the designation of a Chartered Accountant, provided it is a name plate or name board of an individual member and not of the firm.

4) a) The use of CA logo in the stamp is permissible, subject to CA logo guidelines issued by the Institute
b) Use of CA logo on excel sheets is permitted. Members may follow as per attached sample.
c) A common CA logo has been allowed to the members for use on letter-heads, stationery, etc (e.g. paper stationery, documents, visiting cards, magnetic devices, internet, signboard)
