what is the time limit for staming of share certificates when thay are issued with in three months after allotment.

Are you talking of payment of stamp duty on share certificates?

Franking should be done before the share certificates are signed by the Directors and authorized signatory. Banks usually do not accept signed documents for franking.

If its a physicAl certificate, duty must be paid in stmp office, within prescribe time as per state rule
