Stamp Duty u/s 80C

Hi, Can an Individual take the benefit of stamp Duty paid on House Property under section 80C?????? There is provision in regard to this u/s 80(C)(xviii)(d). Isn't the double deduction under 80C and Cost of Acquisition for calculating capital Gain ??????
