How we can apply for refund of Stamp Duty paid on registration of flat in Maharashtra and what is the procedure for same
Also please send us the covering letter for refund.

U need to visit to the concerned officer of stamp valuation authorities/ registrar to whom u paid the stamp duty and ask them for the same and they will u give form and will mke u explain the procedure.
