Co's registered office is situated in Delhi. in case of split of share certificate, how much stamp duty is to be paid and also in what manner?
No Stamp Duty shall be Paid on the Split of the Share Certificate. As Ownership of the share is not transferred.
Moreover, On the Original Share Certificate has already been paid.
