We have to transfer Shares held in physical form in Private Ltd company. Please inform in SH - 4 stamp duty rate for transfer of shares in Gujarat.
If shares are transfer by way of gift from father to son than is stamp duty applicable.

It's 0.25 Paisa Per Rs.100 Value ,Yes ,even in case of gift Stamp duty is applicable
