1% stamp duty for Gift Deed in between Family members(which includes mother, father, wife, husband, son, daughter, brother, sister, granddaughter and grandson etc.)
For the registration of the document, a fee needs to be paid to the sub-registrar which is between 0.5 to 1% of the market value of the property.
