in case of issue of shares at premium what is the amount on which stamp duty is payable. is it on Face Value or Face Value + Premium.

In Haryana its is 0.40 Paisa per certificate.

Is there Stamp Duty on issuance of fresh shares to shareholders of a company that has been amalgamated/merged (approved by all high courts) with a Listed Company? If so, what is cost in Indore? Also, how is the cost calculated? Thank you
