stamp duty on form 5

Procedure for stamping of Form-5

1. First download form-5 from www.mca.gov.in

2. Fill Form-5 with necessary information without digitally signed by authorised signatory

3. Take print of Form-5 and send this form for stamping with stamping authority

4. After stamping of Form-5, attached this physical stamped Form-5 as attachement of Form-5 electronically

5. File this stamped  physical Form-5 with the concerned ROC.
