MY QUERY IS REGARDING STAMPING OF FORM 5
IT IS THAT WE HAVE TO STAMP THE FORM 5 BUT WE HAVE TO STAMP IT PYSICALLY OR ELECTRONICALY IF ELECTRONICALY THAN WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE.

Procedure for stamping of Form-5
1. First download form-5 from www.mca.gov.in
2. Fill Form-5 with necessary information without digitally signed by authorised signatory
3. Take print of Form-5 and send this form for stamping with stamping authority
4. After stamping of Form-5, attached this physical stamped Form-5 as attachement of Form-5 electronically
5. File this stamped physical Form-5 with the concerned ROC.
