Stamp duty on conversion of preference shares into equity
Dear All,
Kindly let me know whether any stamp duty is payable on conversion of CCPS Shares into Equity Shares? Since, the company has already paid stamp duty at the time of issue of CCPS. So is it required to be paid again while conversion? Please answer. Its urgent.
