What is total Stamp Duty + MCA filling fee to increase authorised Cap from 1.00 lac to 20 lac for Pvt Ltd.

MCA filing fee Rs. 42000/-
Stamp duty depends upon which state u belongs. Because it is different in different states.
e.g. in Rajasthan it is 0.50% of difference capital i.e. 19,00,000*0.50%=9500/-
