Stamp duty for stk - 2 related documents

Hi everyone. 

I am applying for closure of a company under STK 2. The client company is registered in Kerala but I (certifying CA) am situated in Karnataka. Can I execute the stamp paper for STK 3 and STK 4 in Karnataka or does it have to be mandatorily in Kerala. Will my application get rejected?
