for increase in authorised share capital refer fee structure on MCA portal mca.gov.in, fees will be on increase in authorised capital

As far as I know, presently there is no stamp duty in WB on the increase in the authorised capital.

You can refer the chart attached herewith

Howvever, reconfirmation required from others too
