me and my husband recently ( April 2023) purchased a house , sale value agreed is Rs. 3 crore. it's a resale flat
my query is -
1. what are the current stamp duty charges in Maharashtra state , Mumbai City, Mahim west locality

2. Is there extra benefit passed on of the property is purchased in name of female

3. can you advice whether it should be purchased in joint names or single
