03 July 2009How mauch stamp duty require in MOA and AOA to increase the authorised capital in bihar from 5 lac to 10 lac. I have already paid at the time of formation of company in MOA (rs 1000/-) and AOA (rs 500/-). pls reply. PLS REPLY, SEPARATELY IN MOA AND AOA

in ur case amount of stamp duty will be Rs. 750/-......... per lacs rs.150 ke hisaab se lagte hain

Dear Suresh
In case of increase in authorised capital in Bihar, the stamp duty is required to be paid @ .15% of the increased capital on Form 5, this duty is required to be paid on every increase of authorised capital.
