Stament of financial transaction(sft)

Dear si/Madamr,

Regarding statement of financial Transctions -Form 61A filling & SUbmitting SFt Preliminary Response,should  I require to fill mandatorily Form 61A & SFT Preliminary Response for  company not covered under tax audit????
