STAGE CARRAIGE

As per definition, to qualify as stage carraige vehicle must have a capacity for more than 6 persons other than driver and charge seperate fare to other persons.
As per my understanding contract carraige is where , (if transport of goods is taking place) It should load goods at one place and drop at the end point and no alterations must be made in between.
Stage carraige is where you keep on loading and dropping goods between two points of transport.
So going by this understanding , if there is a truck transporting goods and having capacity of 2 persons ( 1 driver and 1 cleaner) and is loading and unloading goods between two points , as what a stage carraige does.
Will it qualify to be a stage carraige?
