15 February 2014In ST-3 return there is a column in Cenvat Sheet for service tax payable under Rule 6(3) but the same is not there for education cess and Secondary education cess. How to go about the same?

Agreed with karan.
The same should be reflected in cenvat sheet under (i 2.3) row the whole 12.36%
and under(i 3.1.3.8) - 12% specifying- paid under Rule 6(3) of CCR, 2004.
under (i 3.2.3.4) - 2% specifying- paid under Rule 6(3) of CCR, 2004.
under (i 3.3.3.4) - 1% specifying- paid under Rule 6(3) of CCR, 2004.
