Ssp poratal showing flag foundation

I have qualified Cpt on 2015 after that enrolled in ipcc and failed then discontinued now I have revalidate my enrollment no in SSP portal after that SSP portal shows flag "foundation" what to do now and should I convert in new syllebus. pls suggest
