A company is registered with Service Tax, Now become eligible for SSI exemption of Rs. 10 Lakh because Turnover is Less than Rs. 10 Lakh in previous year and current year.
My query is whether it is neccessary to file Service Tax return (Company is now availing SSI exemption)
