Please tell me whether ITC can be taken by a sports company for the below transactions-
1.payment to other company for a course given to our students.It is for business purpose.
2. payment for purchase of sports equipment.
Yes in both the case .
Make sure that you have the Tax invoice for the same & same is reflected in your GSTR 2A. (Refer Section 16 & Rule 36(4) of CGST Act)
