Dear Friends,
Suppose a resolution which needs to be passed as Ordinary Resolution has been passed as Special Resolution, in MGT-14, shall we mention Ordinary or Special?

You should mention Special Resolution if you have passed Special Resolution though ordinary resolution is required.
