Hello Everyone,
While Prefilling the SPICE forms the adobe file is showing an error as software failure even after having the latest software in the computer, please let me know of any particular reason for this and the troubleshoot

SPICe form has been updated on 30-11-2019, kindly download it again and fill the form.
Also, you may get an error if MCA website is not working, prefill button won't work. You may try to prefill after sometime.
