Spice Form 32

Prescruitiny of spice form 32 not possible as DSC of first Director/ subscribers not registered on MCA portal because both Director has no DIN and applieng the same through Spice form. My query is how to associate the DSC without DIN. Is uploading spice form without registering DSC possible . Or register as a manager. Please reply very soon. Thanks in advance.
