Spell mistake in filling of return
If the name of assessee is right on PAN but spelling mistake in income tax department website. How can it change. it is possible to file return & take a refund on tds

You can change by applying for pan correction with relevant documents. PAN must be same for claiming refund. Difference in name is not at all important.
IMPORTANT IS PAN NO.
YOU CAN FILL FORM 49AA FOR CORRECTION OF PAN CARD

Guys understand the question properly....he said name of assessee is right in PAN but spelling mistake in IT website then u can correct it by login into that site only....But now a days efiling site don't make to login if name n spell differs from PAN then....
