SpeedPost/Registered Post of PCE online Form

Hi,

I have filled the online PCE form on ICAI exam site and also taken the print out, got it attested with my CA. But the problem is Post office is saying that the form will not be sent through SpeedPost/Registered Post as the address contains the Post Box No.

Now how can i send it through SpeedPost/Registered Post.  I don't know what  to do ?

Is this possible to submit the online form in person to ICAI office.

Any who has sent the form...........Pls guide me
