Specified Employees

                    as per defination of specified employee, 1 . if the employee as a director, or 2. if employee holding 20 % voting rights of the company, the both 2 points r acceptable, but points no. 3 r not accptable bacause there r mentions the monetary limits as Rs. 50,000/-  ,

                    but why they specified the monetary limits amt to Rs. 50,000/-, bacause if a peson having 5000 salary per month than this employee is also under the purview of Specified Employee. than that small earning emploees had also come under so much perquesite areas.

 

can any body comments and interprete on my statements, is it i m right or correct.
