Dear Sir,
I want to know We are supplying the material without payment of duty against UT-1/ B-1 General Bond from DTA Unit to SEZ Unit, is it Deemed Export / Export ?
Can any one explain me procedure & which records we keep ?

SEZ supply is trated as physical exports. Goods are to be sent on ARE1
