whether the metropolitan magistrate nd judicial magistrate of 1 class also known as special courts for the purpose of section 435?

In my opinion as per section 435(2) of the Companies Act,2013 which clearly says about the special court consists of following class of person as prescribed under 435(2)clause a and b itself.
