We are importing stock, so we have to pay SAD.
my question:
1) should we include 4% SAD in cost and pass on to customer?
2) how can we refund it?

it depands on your export import sales contract. (ESC)
YOU CAN CLAIM AFTER IMPORT THROUGH THE CONCERNED PORT OF IMPORT .
SOME DOCUMENTS MUST REQUIRE FOR CLAIM FILE. NOTIFICATION NO.102/2007 (OF CBEC SEE)
