Speaking orders are those order which gerenarlly require no clarification and explanation as the order, itself speaks about everything like facts of the case, dispute of the parties, reason of such disputes, any finding during the course of assessment or investigation etc etc.

Speaking order means the authorities must record the reason for arriving at the decision after considering all relevant submissions by assessee.
