is it implemented in INdia?

Hi... SOX means Sarbanes Oxley Act.. It requires the procedural and Internal control compliances.... Every company which is listed in US has to comply SOX.. Even for suppose for the Company X which is listed in US and has branches in India... it has to comply for that.. For any further clarifications pls refer to book SOX written by Mohan R. Lavi

SOX refres to Sarbanes Oxley Act, 2002. It is mandatory for every Company listed on SEC ( Securities Exchange Commission ) of US. Every US registered co. should comply with this Act. Registered company should report to SEC in Form - 20F within 180 days from the close of financial year.
