I have filled the ST-3 form with interest for late payment for the month of Oct- dec 2011
But it is asking for the Source Document.
What will be the SOURCE DOCUMENT for the same?
The source of document No./period will be the set of source document numbers that figure againt the name of the assessee i.e. reg.no._ST3_122011 and date will be the source documents i.e. dd/mm/yy.
