I think Private limited company has no any physical existence, it is an artificial person who has corporate existence, there Directors can be straitagic partener of other Unlisted Compay in there individual Names, Limitation of Maximum Director ship also not applicable on Director of Private Limted Company, Necessary Resolutions should be pass for Any these type of assignments as per Companies Act 1956.
