Someone is submitting false income tax

Dear Anu, You must told you neighbourer that she should lodge FIR against her husband for demanding the dowry. And if you have any proof that they are concealing the income then you can file a report against them in Income Tax Office in Investigation branch. Regards, Harish Bansal

No a good idea to intervene in someone elses personal life. There are always two sides of the coin. The info given to you might not be true.
 

Mihir sir you are right according to you and if you wish I can show u his case history , she is just 26yrs and boy is 40 yes after that they harras her for dowry hope you understand the matter

According to studies, 90% of the dowry cases are false, but it seems that the case you mentioned happens to be genuine. The best you may do is give her emotional support.

FILE COMPLAIN U/S 498a

ALSO THERE IS SOCIAL DEPARTMENT IN EVERY POLICE STATION

ALSO WITH THE HELP OF COURT ORDER SHE CAN COMPLAIN TO IT DEPARTMENT

Anu, You should go to the nearest Income Tax Office in your town, hope so they will help you and keep your name confidential.

@ Saurabh I tried many numbers from our list but they are not useful in her matter coz they provide shelters for women and children . @ Manoj thanks for suggestion and you was right she can file for 498 @ but it will take 5yrs to dissolve all this cases and her husband is powerful they mostly bribe police for making case week. That's y she want to file about evasion of tax done by his husband so officially it will disclose what is his real earning and about his assets and according to that she can file for mutual divorce coz currently his husband is saying he don't earn much and won't have money for maintenance and alimony even he is not ready to return her stridhan and dowry amount which was taken at time of wedding. That the only reason for this thread . @ HARISH - a big thanks to u coz you given appropriate answer related to thread. And govt should punish those person who is doing cheating with income tax dept due to this real tax payer suffers a lot.

that why i am saying you again & again if you go to Income Tax office in investigating branch definitely you will get some better result.

 

Agreed with Harish, just follow him, Only if you feel,that you have full info about your frd/neighbour and it's genuine case.

And I had a contact with director of Income Tax and 2maro going to meet them but problem is that they want evidence and if they will feel case is strong than only they will take neccessary steps against him ...We are having small proof with us let see hope for the best .
