pcc auditing 1(d) answer is wrong.
as per section 226(4), that a person is not eligible for appointment as auditor of any company, if he is disqualified from acting as auditor of that company’s subsidiary or holding company or of any other subsidiary of the same holding company.

Hey the 1st ans is correct of residential status... ram is a Non- resident only.. Basic condition 2 : person is in India for " *60 days or more" AND 365 days or more in preceding 4 years.. * Exception to basic condition 2 : period of "60 days" is to be replaced by "182 days or more" in case of : a) Indian citizen going out of India for service.. b) the person of Indian origin visits India.. sKY.. |
