i m filing tds 24Q for Q4 and i m getting error code 4202 . plz give some solution

Descripttion for your error code.
Net Income Tax payable(341+342+343-344)’ not equal to ‘Income Tax on total Income’ + ‘Surcharge’ + ‘Cess’ – ‘Income Tax Relief u/s 89 when salary etc is paid in arrears or advance’
Tax payable = (IT + Cess + Surcharge) - Tax relief u/s89. In your case it is not equal. check these columns
