Hello, Is is mandatory to convert a sole proprietor into private limited company once it achieves a certain annual turnover/profit? If yes, then what is that amount after which it is mandatory to convert proprietor into limited company

No such requirement for proprietor.

One person company (OPC) needs to convert into pvt company.

Thankyou for the reply. I am going to open a chain of pharma shops. Is it possible to open any number of shops and all the shops will be on my name only as a sole propriteor?
