I need Start properitership ! can any body give me example agreement copy for same ?
i need it for PAN card and Get Bank Account !

There is no need for any agreement for start of proprietorship business
PAN of individual/person is PAN of business, so obtain PAN in your name
In respect of bank you should ask for bank what documents are required by bank to open account.
