Sole proprietorship
I am running a website and I want to register it as sole proprietorship can I do that? If yes so how can I register it?

There Is No Registration process Mention By the Goverment. You Can Register it by taking the PAN no. & Opeaning A Bank Account of your Business Name And You have to Register Under Professional Tax & Gumastadhara under the state Act and get your Premises registered
