If a father paid his son's undergraduate fees in SCHOOL OF OPEN LEARNING, DELHI UNIVERSITY, Can he claim it as deduction u/s 80c as tution fees paid to university? Is it considered as part time or full?

yes, if the amount payable to university in india then it is eligible for deduction
