Software sales with st & vat/cst
Dear Sir,
we have purchase (Web purchase ) packaged software from USA. And sales with service tax+ cst/vat. means ST on basic value & cst on basic value+ST.
It is right way to sales this software..?

theare are confucion packeged software..
means we are download license file, lable, paper lic etc. from customer website & make CD then sales..
